ORDERING

Method:
An invoice will be sent to the customer providing details of product availability, costs, delivery and payment options.  Customer must confirm acceptance of terms by fax or email.

Pricing:
Prices would be available under the product specification. For more information, please submit an enquiry form.

Payment :
Full payment must be made prior to delivery. Billing would be in US Dollars.  Payment can be executed via Pay Point online, or managers cheques and deposits locally.  Payment terms may vary based on customer's type and order characteristics.

Delivery:
Delivery will be direct from our factory in Trinidad.
                        
SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped with protective packaging to any country in the world.  Shipping may be freight collect, or on request, direct to the customer.  Information on the best and/or most convenient rates out of Trinidad will be provided on request.

•    Customers are to pay shipping and handling fees.
•     Customer acknowledges that they are responsible for any fees, penalties, or surcharges applied by carrier resulting from inaccurate, incomplete or inadequate data provided by customer for parcels shipped using carrier's service after payment for shipment is received.
•    Policy on shipping returns (damaged P.H.I.s) is as follows: shipping fees would be refunded only upon inspection and confirmation that warranty was not voided.

DELIVERY
Delivery time will be provided with each order prior to confirmation.  The size and type of the order as well as stock availability would determine the lead time of delivery.  Panadigm Innovations Ltd. guarantees that the condition of products would be as the same state it leaves Trinidad. If the product is received damaged, it will be replaced providing that we are notified immediately via our Customer query form or the contact numbers provided. Panadigm Innovations Ltd would determine whether the warranty was voided upon return and then proceed.

RETURNS
All returns must be issued on a Return Authorization form. This guarantees your return is properly recorded and your refund or exchange is issued accordingly. Returns would be accepted upon inspection and confirmation of non-voided warranty.
                        

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Offering a range of services in an attempt to help the user solve specific problems with the P.H.I. Technical support may be accessed via:
1.    Telephone
2.    Online (e-mail, website)

Procedure:
If technical support cannot be accommodated via Telephone or online means, arrangements would be made for on-site repair. Contact information, tracking number, problem, level of difficulty of problem has to be recorded in a database. Complaints are to be forwarded to the research and development department to ensure that future batches are without such defects.. Technical support locally, should be dispatched within a week of customer complaint. Customers would be given a replacement P.H.I. for the duration of time our technical support takes to fix the problem.

WARRANTY

Expressed Warranty

An express warranty is a standard guarantee from Panadigm Innovations Ltd. that specifies the extent to which the quality or performance of the P.H.I.  is assured and states the conditions under which the product can be returned, replaced, or repaired.
Expressed Warranty: Valid as of one year after purchase.

Specifications of Warranty

•    Lead users ( persons who purchase instruments within the first ‘offerings’)  are to be exclusive to an ‘extended warranty’ in which Panadigm contracts to provide the additional service of replacing or repairing goods that fail within the extended period of 1year after the expiry date of the Expressed Warranty. Such warranties usually do not cover "acts of God", owner abuse, malicious destruction, commercial use, or anything, for that matter, outside of a mechanical failure incurred with normal personal usage.
•    Our products are backed by a fully equipped technical support team who would be at your doorstep within 24 hours if you encounter any problems. Currently, this service is ONLY available in Trinidad.

Breach of warranty

In the event of damage being caused by accident, misuse, abuse, improper repair, failure to follow instructions in your owner’s manual, fluctuations in electric current, or other unauthorized interference, the repair will not be covered under warranty.
